Refund Policy

Because license keys can be used as soon as they are revealed, a key that has been delivered can only be refunded when it does not work.

Faulty keys

Open a ticket with your order number within 7 days. We check the key with the supplier and either replace it or refund you to your balance or the original payment method.

Balance

Unspent balance cant be refunded on request.
