Privacy Policy
We keep only what running the store needs: your email address, your orders and balance, and the security records of your account (sign-ins and the addresses they came from).
Payments
Card details go straight to the payment provider you choose (Stripe, PayTR, iyzico or Shopier). We never see or store them.
For card payments in Turkish lira and for your invoices we keep the billing details you enter: your name, phone number and address, and your Turkish national ID number if you give it (stored encrypted, never shown in full). They are sent to the payment provider with each such payment. You can change them in your dashboard at any time.
Bot checks
Sign-up, sign-in and payment forms may be checked by Cloudflare Turnstile, which receives your network address and browser details to tell people from bots.
Cookies
One cookie keeps you signed in and one remembers whether you chose the light or the dark theme. When you follow a friend's invitation link, a third remembers it for 30 days so the invitation counts when you sign up. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
Visitor statistics
We count visits to the store's public pages without cookies and without keeping your network address: a visit is recognised for one day by a code made with a random value that is deleted the day after. Browsers that send Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are not counted.
Your rights
Ask us to export or delete your data at any time. Orders are kept as long as tax law requires.
